Return Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance, customized items, firearms, ammunition, armor, and helmets are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Login to your "My Account" using your email address
- In the "Track Your Recent Orders" section, click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate the return.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- In the "Order Return Options" section choose the "Reason and Method" for the return.
- Click "Save RMA" once finished and you will receive an email confirming your return request has been submitted.
- Additional instructions to process your return will be emailed to you once we receive your return request.
- Once P2 Tactical receives and inspects the product you will receive an immediate refund in the original payment method unless otherwise directed i.e. product exchange.
- Special orders/quotes and Preorders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If your package has been lost, damaged or stolen please notify us within 2 days of product delivery.
- For damaged or defective items include pictures of the product's damage or defect and pictures of any damage to the packaging. We will do our best to replace the item. If the item is not available to provide a replacement, we will give you a full refund.
- After a 2-day grace period of product delivery allotted to inform P2 Tactical of a damaged or defective item, you as the customer assume all responsibility of any damage to the product that may or may not have been caused by wear or use of the product.
- P2 Tactical does not support Return Fraud/Abuse. For this reason, any returns with visible signs of wear or use will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. If you have any more questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected]
- Merchandise unreturned after 30 days will be charged to form of payment on file.
